| Hey everyone! I know, I know I haven't updated in forever. Forgive me!!! Actually, I really don't feel bad at all! Well, I'm at Moody and classes started last monday. Chicago is an amazing city. It is beautiful...especially at night, from my dorm's roof. The beach is lots of fun...we went to the Air show last Sunday and it was so cool! We watched the Blue Angels and a bunch of other airplanes that weren't nearly as interesting. But, the Blue Angels were AMAZING!! My room mate, Kelly is an MK from Honduras. She is really cool and we have been getting along great! College is fun...the only thing about it is there is a ton of reading to do!! My brother floor is really crazy and fun! The guys are great! There are quite a few of them that speak spanish, so that's a lot of fun. The girls on my floor are really cool and I've enjoyed getting to know them. There are about 6 MK's on my floor and another 3 on my brother floor. I also hang out a lot with the international students and other MKs. We are going on a retreat next weekend to Indiana Dunes. That should be fun.... um....what else to say??....Oh...I got a job. I'm going to be working catering. I actually haven't started yet...I start training on Monday....
Today I'm going to read homework! Yesss! And then, my sister is coming over and we are going rollerblading along the beach. Well, I hope all of you are adjusting to the new school year...whatever that means to each of you! Talk to you later...who knows how long it will be!!

| Congratulations Class of 2006!!!
It's hard to believe that grad has come and gone! Thanks to all you BFAers who made grad special! I got back from BFA just this past Monday - we drove from Germany with a stopover in Madrid to visit some friends. It was so weird to leave so many people that I may never see again...so many wonderful memories I will take with me from my years at BFA. Thank you B and Amy for being incredible R.A.'s - you guys made the year MOST TRIUMPHANT!!! And to the rest of you Blauenites - thanks for all the fun times, sad times, crazy times, tears, laughter, serious talks,...and for all the joy you guys have brought to my life...I'm going to miss you all so much! And Ivan and Delores...thanks for always being there!
Grad was lots of fun (although the service was a bit long)!! But most fun was the dinner cruise on the Rhein and our all nighter! Thank you, God for giving us a beautiful night to do it on!!
This summer is going to be so insanely busy, so I'm guessing I won't be updating very often...not that I do anyways Between holland conf, chicago, hanging out with cousins, hannah's wedding and B's wedding - all this happening in about a month - things are going to be crazy...although i'm sure I will have lots of fun!
Well, talk to you all later - May God give you all peace and joy through any transitions you might have to make!

| Well, just thought I'd let you all know that my surgery went well, and i'm still alive, although not using my left arm yet! It was a very interesting experience . . . not something I would really like to repeat! I am at home now for abou a week, resting and catching up on my homework...which i have a huge pile of.
I will try (I'm not promising anything) to update my xanga once I can type with both hands!
Talk to you guys later!

| HI!!!
Well, I'm back to BFA! Christmas Break was good, although it felt awful short! I got back on Monday and had fun welcoming most of the other girls back to Blauen. I went to the doctor yesterday and finally found out when the surgery for my shoulder is gonna be...the fourteenth of February...yep, valentines day! I'm gonna be in the hospital for a whole week! That will be exciting!!! I'm just glad the date is finally set!
Well, i hope that everyone's break was good, and that they weren't as exhausted as I was after break! Have a great first week of school!
